Very disappointed in Zeb! My first year in business i trusted him to file my taxes correctly. His numbers were way off by a lot and irs is saying i owe 10k when i already paid 3k. Literally none of my business expenses were added and he rushed just to make a quick dollar from me. Even 3k was high for a first year business operator but i just took care of it so I didn’t have to worry about it anymore. He should have took his time with me and made sure all my expenses were added to help me as a small business owner. Instead. now a lien is about to be placed in my name. I brought everything his attention and he didn’t seem to care or help on my behalf. Ignored all my calls and then says he is on vacation. I hope he does what is right and refund my money or at least fix his work that i paid him to do. This is not right at all, i work way too hard for my success in business to let somebody like him not even care. I regret coming to him because i thought i was in good hands. I should have gotten money back if anything but ended up having to pay thousands. Now I have to hire someone else to file an amended just to correct his work! Unbelievable and shady at best.Tax preparers need to be held accountable at all cost and have consequences for doing this kind of stuff to people. Really wish I never came here this was a huge set back. I gave him literally all of my transactions and expenses. He didn’t do his job

I found Joan Baron and TaxCom online and decided to go there to process my 2023 taxes. I am not a math or tax whiz; Joan treated me with respect and clearly explained all my options along the way. The main thing I want to commend is that Joan not only found major errors in the return someone else prepared for me last year, but also, she helped me brainstorm how to deal with the costly fallout from those mistakes. Zeb Baiye prepared my 2019 taxes flawlessly. I had several major events to take into consideration. I sold, bought a home and had a distribution from an IRA. Everything was handled electronically which was great due to COVID-19. I highly recommend Zeb for your tax preparation needs.Update: Zeb prepared my 2020 taxes. After they were filed there was a discrepancy. When I called and asked him about it, he just told me to call the IRS. Any of my previous tax preparers would call and rectify any problems. It's like after he got my money I was on my own. I am changing my rating to 2 stars. I really needed help and didn't get it.I haven't used him since.
